Organic Waste Treatment

Due to continuous economic growth and changes in lifestyles, the amount of organic waste has steadily increased over the past 30 years. However, Korea's organic waste disposal methods still largely rely on incineration and landfilling, which has led to various environmental pollutions such as greenhouse gases, sewage and leachate, and odor emissions.

ECO-HOPIA has developed a solution that uses excellent microorganisms to decompose and extinguish organic waste. No wastewater and leachate are generated during the decomposition process, and more than 130,000 tons of organic waste has been commissioned from 25 sewage treatment plants over the past four years and processed without any problems.

In addition, we are also researching the collection of carbon dioxide and its reforming into high-quality industrial gases.
